OVERVIEW
NerdLogic.AI Processing, our cloud services, are facilitated through Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Atlassian. AWS and Atlassian are charged with the security of their respective data centers, while the overarching monitoring, management, and securing of NerdLogic.AI Processing are under the jurisdiction of NerdLogic.AI. The company, as a whole, is responsible for maintaining security within our services.

DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
In NerdLogic.AI Processing, data at rest is encrypted using AWS Database Encryption, and all the communications are safeguarded with HTTPS. The company refrains from storing or transmitting any identifiable information, and any transmitted or temporarily stored data is encrypted in transit. All information stored outside of Atlassian is retained for a maximum of 48 hours and subsequently purged.

PEOPLE AND ACCESS
Only the Presidents within NerdLogic.AI have access to the production environment, and all access to NerdLogic.AI Processing is monitored through AWS Access Logs. Users are responsible for their login information within their Atlassian accounts, which NerdLogic.AI does not manage.

BACKUPS
NerdLogic.AI does not store customer data; hence, no backups are necessary, and backup encryption is not applicable.

CERTIFICATION
AWS has attained several security certifications, for details, please refer to AWS Compliance. At present, NerdLogic.AI does not hold any specific security certifications or compliance accreditations.
